Driving
Continuous
Improvement
Continuous Improvement is a core pillar of Reser’s long-term
success and a company cornerstone. It’s a mindset that drives
us to constantly refine how we work across every function of
the business.
At each of our manufacturing facilities, dedicated Continuous
Improvement (CI) teams lead the charge. These crossfunctional teams identify opportunities to eliminate waste,
streamline operations, and deliver greater value to our
customers. Their efforts improve performance and reduce
environmental impact while strengthening employee
engagement, customer satisfaction, and our competitive edge.
The Kaizen event is a foundation of our CI approach. These
focused, collaborative sessions bring together team members
from across departments to brainstorm and implement
improvements to existing processes. “Kaizen,” a term rooted
in lean manufacturing, means “continuous improvement” and
reflects our commitment to empowering every employee to
contribute to smarter, more sustainable operations.
Our CI teams meet regularly to identify new opportunities
and proactively address potential issues before they arise. This
cross-functional collaboration ensures a steady stream of fresh
ideas and practical solutions that keep us moving forward.
