Reser's Cares
Reser’s Cares is our employee-led initiative focused on strengthening the communities
where we live and work. It empowers employees to become community leaders and
deepen local connections through meaningful engagement and support.
Each facility has a dedicated Reser’s Cares Team—a cross-functional group of
employees who review and approve donation requests, ensuring our efforts reflect
local needs and priorities.
Reser’s Cares supports communities through four key avenues:
CASH DONATIONS:
Supports local nonprofits and community initiatives.
FOOD DONATIONS:
Helps address food insecurity, local food bank needs, while also helping to reduce
food waste.
DOLLARS FOR DOERS:
Encourages volunteerism by donating up to $200 to a nonprofit where an employee
volunteers 20+ hours.
VOLUNTEER DAYS:
Hands-on volunteer events, where employees can serve their communities together.
