the Long Haul
We believe that great performance deserves recognition—
including the drivers* who keep our operations moving. We
actively engage with these team members through regular
communication, feedback opportunities, and performancebased incentives that celebrate their hard work and dedication.
As much as possible, we also provide reliable schedules and
routes, which makes us unique in the industry.
Each year, we celebrate those team members who have reached
key milestones and achievements through a variety of awards
and bonuses. Our top performers earn special recognition and
awards that acknowledge their expertise and dedication.
These efforts not only boost morale but also contribute to our
low attrition rate and strong team loyalty. While the national
average turnover rate in the trucking industry hovers around
90%, the attrition rate for our drivers is around 0-15%, reflecting
our dedication to building long-term careers.
