OUR SIGNATURE PROGRAMS
L.E.A.D. PROGRAM
L.E.A.D. is designed for Team Leads and
Senior Quality Assurance Techs stepping
into their first leadership roles. This
flexible, ongoing program equips
participants with essential skills in
communication, emotional intelligence,
and problem-solving to help build and lead
their teams. As part of training, participants
reflect on their own personal growth and
identify continuous improvement areas.
Sessions are interactive, bilingual
(English and Spanish), and led by
experienced instructors.

LAUNCH PROGRAM
Launch is our onboarding experience for
newly hired or promoted people leaders.
Over three days at our corporate office,
this immersive program connects leaders
from across departments and locations,
helping to foster cross-functional
camaraderie. Through instructorled sessions, hands-on activities, and
networking opportunities, participants
gain a deep understanding of our culture,
leadership expectations, and strategic
goals—setting them up for long-term
success. In 2024, Launch participants rated
program effectiveness an average of 4.74
out of 5.
GROW PROGRAM
Reser's GROW Program nurtures leaders,
fosters collaboration, and enhances
organizational effectiveness. Over 12
months, participants develop essential
leadership competencies
such as strategic planning,
decision-making, and
delegation, aligning
with Reser's corporate
LEADERS
goals and values.

This immersive virtual program
accommodates cohorts across the
organization, encouraging discussions,
group activities, and social learning
opportunities for professional growth.
Participants present quarterly to leadership
teams, showcasing their understanding
of program concepts and real-world
applications. With support from local
leadership teams and an executive
oversight committee, the GROW Program
equips mid-management leaders to
drive positive change and uphold Reser's
commitment to excellence.
ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
In Fall 2024, we launched a coaching
program in partnership with EZRA. This
initiative offers personalized, one-on-one
coaching over a 3–6-month period aligned
with our leadership competencies.
