Belonging
We are committed to fostering a
culture where every employee feels a
true sense of belonging.
Our Inclusion & Belonging Committee—made up of diverse team members from
across the organization—leads efforts to promote inclusivity and continuous
learning. The committee meets regularly and creates and distributes a bilingual
(English and Spanish) employee newsletter filled with educational resources.
