Celebrating our employees is a meaningful part of our culture every year. In
2025, our locations incorporated the 75th Anniversary into their ongoing
employee celebration events. Events included:
• Thanks a Latte – appreciation pop-up during the week
• Reser’s Birthday Party – our 75th Anniversary Bash
• Fiesta de Reser’s – our Cinco de Mayo party
• Halloween – a longstanding Reser’s tradition
Thirteen employees and their guests also won “golden tickets” for a VIP
NASCAR weekend in Las Vegas, including airfare, hotel, spending cash, pit road
access, and meet-and-greets with Coach Gibbs and driver Christopher Bell from
Joe Gibbs Racing.
IN OUR COMMUNITY: GOOD TIMES JINGLE COMPETITION
We celebrated creativity and the arts with the Good Times Jingle Competition,
inviting collegiate acapella and vocal groups to create the first-ever “Good Times”
jingle that captured the essence of the beloved Reser’s brand. $75,000 in prizes
was awarded to the top four groups. First place went to The Hullabahoos from
the University of Virginia, who were also invited to perform at the Patricia Reser
Center for the Arts in Beaverton, Oregon.
“We recently started an endowment fund to secure the financial future of the
group, and we’re looking forward to contributing some of the incredibly generous
winnings so future generations of Hullabahoos can continue to make the memories
