Strategic Economic Development
Corporation (SEDCOR)
Manufacturer of the Year in 2025.
The achievement recognizes the brand’s significant expansion and
long-standing commitment to operating in Salem, transforming a former
processing plant into a state-of-the-art facility. Having opened its doors in
1979, Don Pancho has been making authentic Mexican foods in Salem for
nearly 50 years. The new facility is designed to support Don Pancho growth
and production needs for at least the next two decades, reinforcing our
continued investment in the region.
