In 2025, we further embedded our Employee Value
Proposition (EVP) across how we hire, onboard, and

strengthened trust across the organization and reinforced

are proud of the progress made in reducing turnover over
the past year through expanded learning and development
opportunities, the use of employee feedback to guide
