Development
In 2025, our Talent Acquisition team deepened its focus on
community engagement, increasing our visibility and outreach
with local organizations and schools. These relationships help
us build a strong and diverse pipeline of future talent while
supporting social, economic, and workforce development in the
communities where we operate.
Through this work, we help break down barriers to entry in
modern manufacturing by opening doors to diverse, local, and
skilled candidates. Community outreach also creates space for
conversations about career pathways, growth, and long-term
opportunities in our industry. Participants gain exposure to
real-world work environments, develop career-readiness skills,
and explore potential career paths.
Our Talent Acquisition team stayed busy in 2025, engaging
with community partners through plant tours, guest speaking
in classrooms, and participating in lunch-and-learn sessions,
networking events, and job-training programs.
