Next Generation
SUPPORTING FUTURE FOOD INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS
In 2025, our Research & Development team partnered with the Beaverton School District’s Career and
Technical Education (CTE) Culinary Program to help students explore career pathways within the food
industry. The program introduces students to technical skills and real-world industry experiences through
job shadowing, internships, and hands-on learning.
Reser’s hosted students for facility tours and in our R&D kitchen, where they learned what a product
development chef does and explored career opportunities beyond traditional restaurant roles. Our
team also worked closely with culinary educators to share insights on employer expectations—including
both technical and soft skills—along with resume building,
internships, and career readiness.
By supporting the CTE Culinary Program, we are investing
in the future workforce while strengthening our local
community and helping prepare the next generation for
careers in food manufacturing and innovation.
STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS
We believe in investing in the future of our employees
and their families. In 2025, we were proud to award
ten scholarships of $5,000 each for children of Reser’s
employees, as well as renew three scholarships for prior
recipients.
