Reser's Cares in Action
Reser’s Cares is our employee-led initiative focused on strengthening the communities
where we live and work. The program empowers employees to become community
leaders, deepen local connections, and participate in meaningful service, while also
creating valuable team-building opportunities.
Each facility has a dedicated cross-functional Reser's Cares team that reviews and
approve donation requests. This structure ensures that our community support aligns
with the unique needs and priorities of each location.
Reser’s Cares supports communities through four key avenues:
CASH DONATIONS:
Support a variety of local nonprofits and community initiatives.
FOOD DONATIONS:
Nourish local communities by providing Reser’s products to community events and
programs addressing food insecurity.
DOLLARS FOR DOERS:
A volunteer-driven giving program where Reser’s donates $200 to a nonprofit
after an employee completes 20+ volunteer hours.
VOLUNTEER DAYS:
Local teams organize onsite and offsite opportunities for employees to serve their
communities together.
